Eligibility for Returns

- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be altered or modified in any way
- Not be worn or used

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the processing time may vary depending on your bank's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@lorvino.shop.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our support team at support@lorvino.shop within 30 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
